OUTDOOR RENTAL OPTIONS
The Historic Haybarn is WMMI’s most popular event venue. The main entrance faces West, offering panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. With rustic charm, ample parking, and scenic fields in every direction, this space is perfect for larger-scale events like weddings, corporate parties, company picnics and more. Renovations and improvements continue, we invite you to come see this unique space in person. Click below to see more photos.
60' x 38' indoor space, plus dressing/storage room. Capacity 120. Barn doors open both East and West, with cement pad outside East door. $350 per hour/some restrictions apply. You may choose your caterer of choice. Work with our Rental Coordinator to create your perfect special event.
Reynolds Ranch House (coming soon!)
The Reynolds Ranch House is one of the few remaining 1800's Victorian farmhouses in Colorado. This two story home is being restored to reflect its original glory, at which point it will be available for rental. Check back for updates!

Reserve the use of our Main Field area with ample space for tents, activities and parking. Ideal for Festivals, Group Activities and more. $1500/ Mon-Thur. $2000 per day Fri-Sun. Contact our Rental Coordinator to help you plan your perfect outdoor event.

INDOOR RENTAL OPTIONS
The Museum Library can accommodate up to 60 guests and includes conference style table and chair accommodations. This space is ideal for corporate meetings, birthday parties, private parties and a host of other smaller-scale events.
The Library offers a unique and comfortable environment, being surrounded by a wealth of historical books and literature!
The Theater space is located inside the Museum with two separate entrances providing a private area for your event. The theater has full Audio Visual system and chairs which can be moved to meet your requirements.
Main Exhibit Hall
MUSEUM MAIN HALL
Located in the heart of the museum interior, the Main Hall is ideal for smaller-scale events. Ambiance is “gallery-style”— artistic and colorful, surrounded by some of the museum’s most prominent exhibits.
***note that you may reserve a “combination space” using Library, Main Hall, Theater and full exhibit areas. Please speak with our Rental Coordinator to create your perfect event.

Some of the areas are NOT available when the Museum is open, most have a minimum/maximum number of hours. Please check with our Rental Coordinator for details.
Events and Rentals are expected to end by 10pm unless a written arrangement is made in advance with WMMI staff.
Any 3rd Party on premises should provide evidence of general liability and worker's compensation insurance (if they have employees). The certificate should reflect at least $1,000,000 liability coverage per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. The certificate should name WMMI as Additional Insured on all liability policies. Hold harmless wording should be included in your contract or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Outdoor rentals must plan for restroom facilities. (rent port-o-lets at your expense) Outdoor rentals do not include water, but MAY include limited electricity (110V)
